With over seven years of experience as a licensed real estate professional in Missouri and Illinois, she has mastered the art of transforming spaces, educating industry leaders, and delivering impactful presentations.

Beyond real estate, Kayla is a passionate public speaker, trainer, and advocate for diversity and inclusion, having served as the Chair of Diversity & Inclusion in real estate. She has trained with industry leaders and continues to empower others through her expertise and dedication.

When she’s not closing deals or speaking on stage, she enjoys cooking, sewing, decorating, event planning, and karaoke.
